But that’s what Canadian Markus Frind is raking in from his hugely successful free dating website, Plentyoffish.com. Ten thousand dollars a day! That equates to about a million dollars so far this year from Google Adsense alone.

What makes his story even more remarkable is that Markus runs his dating website more or less by himself. A one man band who is on target to generate four miliion dollars in 2006.

He started Plentyoffish.com in his sparetime and only gave up his job to work on it full-time when it brought in US$4,000 in a month.
