I'm working on a book myself based on classic entrepreneurial mistakes (and learning from them in order to succeed next time). Last time, I got out too - there are two ways when running your own business: sale, which is all about timing; and liquidation which is the decision not to invest more time in something that isn't going to work! The two talks are to University societies and I don't think they will be open to the public. I'll post details of any public talks on the blog.
