Hi George
Book sounds interesting. Sorry to have missed out on the sign-ups. Like you, I'm a firm believer in doing things differently and have based my business around a freelance workforce. I'm working on a book myself based on classic entrepreneurial mistakes (and learning from them in order to succeed next time). Last time, I got out too - there are two ways when running your own business: sale, which is all about timing; and liquidation which is the decision not to invest more time in something that isn't going to work! Good luck with the book.

Although it is a completely different animal now, I first started writing Get Out While You Can in 2003 so yes it has been a long time coming! The two talks are to University societies and I don't think they will be open to the public. I'll post details of any public talks on the blog.

Great news. Seems like ages since you first mentioned the book. Be good if you could advise where you are doing the talks. If one or both are near me I would like to attend.

Thanks
